Question portrait - color or B&W?

Can't decide on this one, the color version seems more dynamic, but the B&W seems to handle the few hot spots better.

The b/w seems to be emphasizing the shadows on her face a bit much. Definitely makes the smile lines and under the eye stand out starkly. I much prefer the color.

As they are, color definitely. Some work would have to be done on the b/w.

The color though I think the b/w with some work might rival it.
