I like this. Very nice OOF background. As far as framing goes that is a matter of preference. I would prefer some taken off the right side probably to 8x10 proportions but thats just me.

#1 There is a lot of empty space in this frame.
#2 Her nose is very close to the vertical center of the frame.
#3 There is an odd reflection in her sunglasses.
If you (and she) are fairly happy with this image I would suggest a small crop from the top and the right to conform this image to the rule of thirds by placing her head into the upper left third intersection. If you have the photoshop skills I would also suggest you clone out the reflection in her glasses.
If you are not all that happy with this image I would suggest a major crop into portrait format to get rid of all that empty frame space.

I like the pose and the negative space in your composition. I would agree with MB1 here in cropping from the top and the left to bring her more into the third and out of the center line and the clonig of the reflection in the glasses is a good idea to experiment with.
I like the color of the subjects hair off the bg color.
