    I've never heard of a fractalius filter but I can see where it could be used effectively.

    Have just been hunting through my adobe filters and I don't see this one, it is certainly a very dreamlike result and although it is also not the kind of thing I have experimented with I do like it. What software are you using to do this?

    Interesting to see, spent a few minutes on an old image and can see that you can get pretty striking effects without too much effort, I don't usually touch these things but it was interesting to see so thanks for sharing, attaching my result below....
