    Playing around with selective coloring

    Something I'm not very good at yet, in this case I was playing with selectively desaturating the other colors. Was aiming to have the green grass and his eye in color. Modified and original below.

    Nicely done. I also like the way you got the grass to be darker in the modified version.

    I like it - it doesnt look overdone to me - while you've removed the color from the cats fur, what is left looks totally realistic - and makes the green really pop!

    You have a git of a green tinge to the fur under the neck between the legs, otherwise it's believable as a black & white cat.
