    Pimp My Ride

I went up on the contrast filters. I was a dull day so I tried to compensate best I could. I actually learned to drive in one of these, or close. Can you imagine parallel parking this? But no it's not mine.

Kind of a bland shot from an artistic standpoint Greg, but yeah .. I can imagine parallel parking it would be a chore. I have a very old Chrysler 300 back in 1981, and it was also a beast. When you pushed the accelerator to the floor it really moved, but you could also actually see the gas gauge go down.

Thank GB, my dad had a 69 Cobra Mach I I was suppose to get when I turned 16 but my mom put her foot down and made him sell the "Death Trap". I wound up with a 72 Pinto but as soon as I got a job I sold it and bought a 75 Nova SS.

    Re: Pimp My Ride

I learned in a 1964 Triumph Herald which my dad owned at the time .. manual transmission and all. (I always thought people should learn in a manual). When I passed my test (Aug 22, 1969) I got a 1967 Mustang - lovely beast! Currently, all these years later, I drive a humble Ford Fiesta - I guess I am going backwards.

Very definitely you have more contrast in this one than in your previous efforts. Still needs a little more 'punch' though - perhaps giving it a few more seconds of enlarger exposure, or a few seconds more in the bath?

    Cheers

Thanks Mike, part of the problem with the punch, I am using ten year old paper. I plan to try a fresh batch once I get some seat time and can do god paper some justice.
