These do anything? Tried to capture the variation between morning and evening mist in the Drakensburg Mountain foothills during spring whilst on a fly fishing trip

Interesting shots, mist makes things challenging.

First shot is kinda creepy, in a good way - I like it. Fence adds interest, just enough color and the big tree is placed perfectly. Second one isn't nearly as dramatic and really just seems to illustrate a smoggy hillside, nothing to really grab and hold your attention like the first shot has.

As livin4lax09 mentioned, fog and mist are incredibly difficult to portray effectively.

I agree with jetrim the first one is the keeper. You half expect the headless horseman to ride out very creepy
