    Petals 2

Here's another version I've been working on. Starting to experiment with split toning for my B&W's. Went with an orange/red for the highlights and blue for the shadows. What do you think?

It has promise. I like the crop and the black background and the overall design of the twists of pedals. It is a tad soft however. But it might be able to be sharpened up in PS.

Also, try a different colored background. THis one will be easy to mask out and play with!

Thank you as always for your input GB I actually softened this one up just a tad. Thought it might work better with the overall feel of the shot. Think I would have been better leaving it nice and crisp? I'll play with the backgrounds a bit tonight and see what I can come up with.

    Thanks again,
    Aaron
