I wish the tail wasn't cut off by the frame. I don't mind that the horizon isn't level since the focus is on the bird and you have it in a nice pose. I would like to see the whole image lighter but I don't really mind how dark this thing is.
    No, I DON'T need that.

I agree with MB1 you do need all the bird in the frame, and it looks under exposed.

nice shot. My first thought was also getting the whole bird in the frame which would also move the nicer textured part of the grass to the right. For me perhaps even less depth of field to blur the building out more, for me it detracts some.

I think it's underexposed. But perhaps you want to achieve a certain effect with it then it's your call. I'd like to see it brighter though.

It would be better to see all the tail.

I always don't understand why people tilt their camera, especially when there's something in the photo that's certainly leveled with the sea level, building that goes straight up instead of leaning to one side. Would not tilting the camera makes your photo worse? I don't know. It looks different all right. At the end of the day, it's your shot, your call ;-)

I think it would be better if straight. Maybe you could lighten the bird in photoshop too.

    Nice one!
