It's very crisp and clean and a lovely expression. You are right to be proud of it. It's a shame you cropped off the elbow on the left of the picture - maybe it would be better if you did a symmetrical crop on the other side?

I agree totally with Mikes critique on this.

A beautiful portrait. The exposure is perfect. Great dof, colours and clarity too.

    I agree about the elbow.
A suggestion might be to have that elbow on the grass next time, with her fingers through her hair. A more relaxed natural looking pose. This may also help the composition, making it possible to have your model off to the left of the frame.

Only nitpicks---the elbow, as others have pointed out, and it seems like the sky's a little washed out. Other than those two points, I love it. Great vibrant colors. Nice DOF.

    Re: Perfect

I think perfect exposure on the skin is much better than perfect exposure on the sky.
A way to overcome that is to take two shots. One with the model and one without. And then photoshop your perfect sky in
And in any case I think fatty is only using a point and shoot in auto mode so the camera decided what was right.

    Re: Perfect

I like the crop much better. Took a look through the rest of the shoot. Some nice shots. I particularly liked "Smile", "Laugh", and "Calm Dam", with "Calm Dam" being my favorite out of the set

I agree with Xia_Ke on the crop. Along with what the others have said, I really like the lighting on her face. I've seen shots with multiple lights and reflectors that don't look as nice.
