    The last shot has the best lighting, focus and composition but his eyes are closed which kills the image for me.
    No, I DON'T need that.

    the last image is the better image for random street people,having his eyes closed gives the person some sort of character,i believe it draws the viewer into a emotional view wether negative or positive, no matter, had his eyes were open ,it becomes more of a candid bla-saa shot, my only critism of this shot ,my opinion would of prefered the other person not standing in front, wreaks the rules as photo's go, body cut off,a wide angle sideways shot would of worked on both accounts.
