    Peabody Philip

    Recently visited the Peabody in Memphis. Philip was playing piano in the lounge. Tried to get full face, but the piano music rack was in the way.

    I like the intensity of the photo. It looks like a snapshot though. Did he mind being photographed during a performance?

    Thanks for the feedback. What would give it less a snapshot feel? He didn't mind being photographed. In fact he gave me his card and asked for copies of the pictures.

    Do you have a slightly wider shot, possibly with the music stand, so as to give some context to the shot and ease the cramped feeling this image has for me.
