    Peaaceful Parkbench

    I liked the peaceful look of this. Canon EOS5, Sigma 28-70 f 2.8-4 Taken in Welland Ont. Canada.

    I like the photo. the red of the man made stands out against the cooler tones of Creation. In the background nature reflects nature in the lake while on land a similar reflection of the bench could only be where the ground is trodden. The dirt patch in front of the bench is, like the bench, symbolic of man standing in awe of nature. or i'm pulling this out of my bum.

    btw, how do you get photos to show up in the message? i can't get it to work for my postings.

    This is a very nice scene . Great composition,in my opinion. The red bench ,the view of the reflective lake through the draping trees,it all works for me. I have looked at this one for a good while now,like it alot. Thanks for sharing it

    reminds me

    of some shots penny took of some benches...it has the same peaceful solitary feel to it. the feeling of annticipation that some one will soon join the bench to share the experience. I think the colors are very nice subtle but stong enough and the bench adds just thr right punch of color to remind us... that there are very few places that man hasn't been....
