    Paying their respects...

This was one shot out of a series of photos of the Ronald Reagan library in Simi Valley after the president had passed away. This was taken early Saturday morning after the final services were held at the library on Friday evening. Please let me know what you think. Converted to b/w in ps and cropped slightly.

The quality of this shot is nice and the technicals seem right to me as well. I just find that there is not much power here to keep my thoughts and interest entertained. Having told us what it is they are looking at, I feel like I want to be moved here and feel something. But if I didn't know what this was I don't feel it would have held my interest at all. Maybe a better moment capturing some emotion from these people or other .Just my thoughts . . .
Would like to see some of the others in the series
    Take care

I see what you're saying, Gary. Of course, the photo is standing alone outside the rest of the series. Perhaps it would help for you to see the rest of the series on my website. Click my profile for the address, and thanks for commenting.

I tend to agree with Gary myself. To me this could easily be a photo of a couple at a flea market shopping for the best flag.

I'll make it unanimous. I think there isn't enoght emotion in their faces or enough context without your caption, but it's still a fine shot.
