    Orangutan

    I haven't posted any pics in a while...but learning SOOO much about my camera.
    I think I like the uncropped version better...what do you think? Any other critiques?

    The object to the right is distracting. I like the cropped version a lot better and by eliminating the areas to the left and top also, you made it a much more interesting photo. To me the bottom shot looks like a picture that has an Orangutan in it and the cropped version looks like a picture of an Orangutan, Jeff

    I like the idea also of the crop, but I think I would prefer it a bit more open to show shoulders.. If I did this , I would then Clone out fence rail if you have PS.. Naturally the sun was not your friend on this shot , with the highlighting, but overall, you held it pretty darn good!
