    Opinions on photoshoping

Do you guys think I over photoshoped this picture. Obviously it needed some work but I keep going back to over psing or just right? I'd love some feed back and some direction.

The pose and lighting are excellent.Only thing for me is the difference in skin tone between her neck and face.Gives her face a washed out look.Lovely model by the way.

I'm not sure but it looks like your changes in photoshop were used without taking advantage of the "mask" tool. I think I would have uses a quick mask to isolate different areas of the photo for "individualized" alterations. Using this technique you could compensate for the different skin tones or to soften her face more than her hair.

Here's my take on it...I totally have no experience with what is good for head shots...the only input I have is to adjust the neck to the skin color (isolated it---desaturated it a bit and used the levels tool) and then just cloned the flaws....I find the tendons a little distracting overall so you might want to consider a tighter crop....the applied a diffused glow---then unsharp mask...just my thoughts...very pretty girl

P.S. elapsed time to do all that ws about 7minutes
    ;)

Yes, that's the way to do it natalie. Finally someone who took care of that ugly saturation, who kept the highlights intact and who didn't blur areas that didn't need to be blurred.

The one of the right in generally better, but you've kinda mushed her teeth together, which isn't gonna work. Pretty lady in either photo.
