    Old Tracks....

These haven't been used in awhile (I believe). C&C appreciated. I may use this spot for a model shoot in the near future.

    Desaturated it too for fun.

I prefer the color. Good angling. the background could be a little sharper, although it does have a bit more of a film look to it as it is, (was this shot film?). It also has a sort of vintage look to it which I like, good shot!

    hey Anbesol -

Good eye: it is film, which I neglected to mention. It was shot on Kodak Ektachrome 100VS with a Mamiya 645 camera.

Here's the original - I actually added the blur, thinking it might juice it up. Your call.

Well composed G,and a good location for a shoot. My opinion image 1...the blur of the background works here, it leads me to the front were the model(s) will be.Quite effective.
Love the hues in that sky,and the detail, textures of the foreground as well.
    Nice work.

I like the original better. I found the blur a little distracting as I kept being drawn to that. I like the framing, too.

yes, I prefer the sharp one. But on the first one I noticed that the blur line makes a circle around the tracks, try a gradient map with the blur, I think its the sharp edges where the blur abruptly stops thats the most distracting.

I like the B&W but not the blur-it just looks wrong.
    No, I DON'T need that.
