This has a great "feel"
Could it be so cold that the square is almost deserted ? This is my first impression. The light play on the windows works well. The long shadows gives a hint of the time of day.
It looks a bit hot upper right ?? I would like to see more of the sky.Was it cloudy ? Maybe a circular polarlizer would make this pop.I'm all for the dramatic sky...that's just me.
I grew up in the snow, I must say this image makes me homesick... Just to visit.
Thanks Don.

Reason: typo error
I do use a polarizer. The scene is extremely contrasty and I wanted to expose for shadow areas. It's acutally early afternoon--our sun is low all day in the Winter Solstice period. There had been an ice fog in the morning and the ice crystals were still clinging to he trees.
