    Old barn (B&W)

    Taken early this morning.

Two shots stitched together in post-processing. Stitching done manually in GIMP.

Not sure if it will look better a little darker, but then most of the detail in the shadow areas will be lost. Thoughts and comments/suggestions are appreciated, as always.

    Alex,
I really like the composition, high contrast light.Nice tones here. The sky could be even more dramatic with slight levels adjustments. The second image is my choice,as presented...it's very good. Would you be interested in seeing an edit? With your prior written permission..of course.

    Hmm.

This one seems to say "daybreak" in the heartland. I like the sun and barn even if it's sort of plain (which may be what's interesting about it), but wish I could see more of what was on the right side, as I like barn areas and find all their stuff - tractors, pens, etc quite interesting! This photo sort of puts the entire emphasis on the barn, making it a little less than what I think it could be. Anyway,

    Thanks for the replies.

Rick, feel free to go ahead and edit! Thanks for asking first.

GB1, good comments! I agree if there was some more farm stuff on the right would've helped. This is however, and old barn, and appears to have been abandoned. So no animals, at least I haven't seen any.

Very nicely done Alex. Did you get anymore angles on the barn? Would be interested in seeing more of it.

    O.K. Alex,
Just my rookie opinion on this edit.Opened some shadows, warmed the sky.
