    NY Kodak

    Last may in NY Was taken with a 2mp Kodak no zoom.

    For some reason, I always like shots of Time Square. This one included. Just curious, what were you focusing on? Or, was the shot hand held? That could explain the soft focus.

    Shot was taken with a handheld on my first trip to NY , i plan on going back in a few years , maybe then i will have a better camera.

    Good start. I've been there six or eight times and photographed there two or three. My favoirte results have been with a 24mm lens on a film camera. I think Times Square is one of those palces where you may want to isolate details or go really wide. You could probably also stich together some shots digitally.

    It's interesting that you chose to cut out the people that are always out and about.

    Interesting shot. I agree with the soft focus, and Lava Lamp's recommendation of using a wide angle or picking a particular detail would help alot. With that being said, I like how you didn't use people in your shot.
