    Night Tree

I am not sure how well this one is going to go over. I wish I could have gotten the whole tree in the picture but there were to many distractions. The outer limbs are blurry due to high winds. But I tought the lighting was neat...

    Re: Night Tree

At first I thought the image wasn't sharp because of the blurred outer limbs, but then I noticed the trunk was sharp. The contrast of blurry and sharp plus the dramatic night time lighting makes it a kewl shot I think. ;)

I like the lighting Greg, but I do wish to see the ground to anchor the tree to something. You could do a slight color cast adjustment, but as I said with the bridge, I don't mind the Sodium Vapor color, although trogs version was tastefully done.

i like it.. interesting how the wind creates the blur..

i wouldnt alter the colour on that one it just all seems to fit in..

it also looks relatively noise free.. strange but nice..

bizarre image, I like it. Great lighting, the sharpness in the middle does contrast well with the blurred branches.

I agree about the ground, should be visible IMO.

i love the lighting it adds a spokey look i just wish it wasn't so windy the blur kind of ruins the photo for me.

Thanks All, This one was the last on a cold night. I thought the light hitting it and the weird looking sky was interesting too. It is slightly backlit from a subdivision. The winds where very strong as well. I wish I could have gotten the whole tree in the picture.
