Here's a night shot, i just finished shooting. Comments welcome.

Needs better composition. The contrast is also too strong. If you can find some illuminated buildings for a backdrop, might help.

I'd agree with GB.

Because you can't see any details in the black, it's hard to tell what's going on. The streetlight in the tree is a nice idea, maybe expand on that seperately, and try the car thing somewhere with something else going on as well.
