It looks like an interesting spot. I like the glass dome. My only advice would be to go for a darker exposure that would probably convey the mysterious mood of the night in a more efficient way (or at least, this is how I see it).

I like this one Coastal...Exposure is spot on and composition good..Shooting glass can be difficult in all but the very controlled situations..Your highlights aren't burned out and there is enough detail in the shadows..I also like the reflections off the wet paving..
