I like this structure and I really like how you caught it at angle. The blurry people passing by are a nice touch too. However, I have two concerns. I'd say that this should probably be underexposed by 0,7 stops or so as some of the highlights are too hot. Also, that lamp in the middle of the structure that is brighter than the rest command too much attention but then, it would possibly be impossible to craft a composition like this while avoiding the lamp. I'd suggest you to try to burn this area a little.
Thanks for the comments. I took a number of exposiers of this pedestrian bridge, some with people and others without; with people gave it a much better feel. As for the light, as you can see from the photo, the lamps are spaced all the way across the bridge making this a difficult shot at best. I will try to burn out some of the overwhelming spot. I thought of PS'ing it out but then the space would look awkward.
