The first one is the one I prefer. The outside light and the light coming thru the window seem a little hot, but not having any experience in night shooting, I can't really address that accurately. I like the comp better in this one than the second.

    Tyson,

I like the mood that you have captured in both of them. I dunno about your lighting but the colors comes out very very well.

    Two things:

=The first one seems a little too bright, the sky and the leaves aren't as dark as they should. A slight levels adjustment would do the trick.

-I'd try to clone out the building that show up at the extreme right in the second picture. I feel that having that entire area empty would add to the scene.

The second one is my favorite although I find both to be appealing.

    Nice captures.

For the top one, (first) I agree with Seb on cloning out the window/light on the right. This would make the photo much better.

In the second or last photo I would clone out the three lights on the right so that they don't destract from the main objects of the photo. I would consider cloning out the wire which holds a pole or something, on the left of the pick coming down where the spray starts. The lighting on the tree is spot on.
