    Night City View

I didn't really want to post this picture here because I'm going to do it all over again, but I figured I might as well post this one now and get your ideas for the next time I'm up there.

Be honest with every comment please, good or bad. Thanks.

I would shoot earlier so the foreground isn't so dark and lacking any detail and then also the city lights won't be washed out. Looks like you metered off the sky.

I wouldn't stop the lens all the way down, you can lose sharpness at the smallest apertures as diffraction begins to soften the image.

The foreground is just a bunch of ugly bushes and branches, so I didn't really want any of it on the picture.

the only thing I would do is maybe lighten the image a tiny tiny amount, because I assume that you took the shot a little earlier than what is depicted in the picture but I still like how the traffic and lights came out. This is only my opinion and how I would see things but that is art its like your personality no one is the same.

This shot was actually around 10pm...it was pitch black.

Since you aren't concerned with foreground detail, this may be a perfect candidate for the upside down graduated ND filter that EOSthree and SmartWombat suggested in this thread I started the other day.
