    First off, WELCOME to PR.com!

Secondly, it would be in your best interest if you actually showed the photograph in the post rather than the URL to it. You'll be more likely to get more responses this way.

You can show a photograph here in many ways.
You upload it directly into the post.
Or, you can link it here via HTML from a somewhere else, be it your gallery here or another host like photobucket.

To link it here, copy it, the URL, and then click on the little yellow icon above the message window. A window will pop up, from there you need to paste the URL into the window, then hit OK.

If you have any questions about things here, by all means PM or email me.

I look forward to seeing more from you.

    1) Post the photo in the thread

    2) Try not to make it larger than 600 pix on the longest end, people here have all sort of different setups, and it always helps to see the image all at once. On my laptop I have to scroll, a guaranteed way to get me to close the window and move on.

    Re: New

    Welcome to PR.

Leaving aside the technical details as how and where to post:

This appears to be a worthy subject for a b/w image. The subject of the photo is somewhat vague. Are you wanting the viewer to see the house, around the corner of the house, the shape of the house, the shadow or something else? Looks like good contrast, focus needs a bit of work on the overhead limbs(or was there some breeze moving them?). Did you use a tripod or other support?

A building like this often will change a lot with different light. It could be worthwhile to try photographing this with different setups, framing, angles and the like at various time of day to get different effects. Best wishes and looking forward to seeing more photos!
