Actually I like the angles as well, and I'm almost certain I'm not drunk (there's still liquor left in the bottle after all ). The reflected light off the gold in the sign really makes it "pop" too.

Thanks everyone. Some may find it just a simple shot of a restaurant/bar, but I do see some interesting geometry here, and the subtle colors may add to that by not distracting the viewer away from them. Jetrim, you're right, seems like the sign has good lighting. Sort of emphasizes the name of the place. Susann, I never knew who ol' Nellie was! (except that everyone kept telling her "Whoooh!"). Maybe you can elaborate!? Paul, I gave it a shot, what do you think? Lori, Ron, maybe if I get back there I will try selling it to them Thanks too Tek.
