    My Vehical Shots

Hey everyone. Im new to this board and thought that Id join up here to expand my knowledge and learn from everyone else in the field. I enjoy photographing vehicles mainly at around night time, but I want to take day shots more. Please let me know what you all think of these photos.

Nice Z! I would say with the two drifting shots I like the second the best. I think you could lead the car a bit more to give it some space to drive into. Like have more room in the front of the car rather than the back. I am not sure what you are shooting or your settings but in the BMW shot it looks like you could have your shutter a little slower, for the feel of motion.
I have not shot drifting yet so i am unsure on how hard/easy it is to pan with the car I am sure with some pratice you can get it perfect!!!

    NICE SHOTS!

    Re: My Vehical Shots

    Welcome to Photography Review!

You have a couple of different styles of car photos here. Static and action and personally of these I like the car in the garage the best of the four. Is that the new 'Zinser Blue' formulation from DuPont? I'd prefer to see more car and some less garage and the two vehicles in the background could be clone/cropped/removed. The contrast and isolation in the garage setting show off the auto very well.

The Bimmer needs some angle to show the loading on the wheels and suspension, but the slight tilt to the photo works.

I like the crushed cone, you might want to edit the photo so that it is most of the photo but be sure to get some of the tire smoke in as well.

The detail shot has too much going on for my tastes. You've got the badge, and lights, and reflections, and flare and bumper - - - too much. Good idea but its too much. The reflections I think do the most to distract from the photo.

Look forward to more. You'll find I like car photos. I take enough of them!
