My photos with the Yashica T4

Here is a picture of my son at the Descanso Gardens in La Crescenta, CA. It was taken using KodaChrome 400 without flash on an autosetting/AE spot focus.

Nice shot. Nice light. As a photographer, I think the date should be turned off, but as a parent who looks back at photos thiking: "Now when was that?" I understand.

Overall I like the shot. It looks like it might have a slight red hue but maybe that is just me. I wouldn’t have had the date stamp on but that isn’t a big deal. I also wonder if you could tone down the reflection on the water as it is very bright and really draws my eye.

    Nice shot,

PointBreak.. First, your kid is adorable and photogenic, lucky you. The shot is very appealing and nice colors. I wish the little pond wasn't so blown out and that you could see the water in it. There is also a tiny white dot near your sons eye that kind of bugs me when looking at his eyes. It can be easily cloned out but it may not bother anyone else. I would definately not use the in camera dating system because you may want to frame some of the shots and its a pain to remove. You also might accidently forget its on and ruin some other shots.. like I did..arrggh.
