    this is a great shot. I might crop out the pole on the left. I really like the definition in the feathers.

    Its great except for that foot & tail being chopped and that isn't bad enough to stop me from looking at the great exposure and detail.

    f29 was an accident because I was playing, the iso was set for a maximum of 3200 and I guess the camera decided that was what It needed? Not sure....

    I like the pole in the picture. It places the pelican. It makes me feel like i'm looking at the pelican walking on a dock. I like it with the pole

    Nice. Looks like you were close. Crop it to 8 x10 dimension and you'll lose the pole.
