    Just playing around the other day ... I hate the blue shirt on the right hand side

    no offense, but this doesnt seem the picture to be critiqued, maybe a fun family photo - but its too problematic for a critique. the focus is soft, it looks like the compression has had an effect on his skin tones - the blue shirt is a thorn in the shot - the fence lines in the back are too awkward to compliment shot, the knee and leaves also, like the blue shirt, are a thorn, the sky has some hot spots in it, and youre hardly giving a decent framing of the main subject, for an expression that isnt all that fabulous either. to your defense, the compression issue probably came after resampling it for posting it on here.

    im sorry i hate coming down like that on people but this forum as i see it is a place to post your prides and your exceptional shots for a serious critique, and lately people have taken a liking to posting fun family shots that dont fit the bill.

    from kcmo? cool, did i sell you your rebel? everybody i sell a camera to around here i usually reccomend this site to - thought you might have been one of them.
