    My favorite is the 4th one. She has a much more open approach to the camera, her smile is brighter, there are less awkward shadows around her eyes and the black blazer is diminished. Keep plugging away it and try new things. Portraits aren't as easy as they appear.

    yes, i agree on #4. It is my personal favorite, but she opted to go with #2. It's a more mysterious shot, like Emily said, and that's what she was going for. She needed this for a resume for acting.

    thanks for the comments. I really love this 50mm f/1.8 for portraits.
