The Mustache...

I saw this guy at the same rally, and I had to photograph him.
I did this one as he was playing a drum.
What do you think of this one?

Brian, shouldn't the point of focus be his eyes here? It looks like you got the right shoulder, and his face is just a little soft. As far as cutting of the top of his head, I'd like to see a little more, but that's just my opinion.

I have to agree that it would of been a better photo it the head was whole.... I do like the facial expression.

Is that Johnny Depp? LOL. I agree it's almost like you shot in portrait mode and the DOF was to narrow.

I like the expression on the subject and the angle you took the shot from, with his head turned to you. I also feel there is too much body/arm and not enough head. I don't have a problem with the head being cut off at the top, I just don't feel the proportion here between the head and body is effective. Seeing more of his head and possibly some of the drum might have worked better. I agree with the comments about focus not being on the eyes. I like the photo overall, but can see it has it's faults.
