I love the idea and execution of this. All of the objects have that wonderful solid feel to them while the human element is transient. Which of course is true ~ houses, chairs and pictures routinely outlast their creators/owners while being almost cemented to the spaces they occupy. What a lovely illustration of that feeling coupled with the mixy excited mood communicated by the title. Where will the pictures go? Is this where the chair will be found for the next few months? So many things to do so you only have time to sit down for a moment, then there is something else to be done. . .
Very thought provoking, thanks for sharing. Hope you settle in nicely.
Very meaningful photograph. I had similar thoughts about the deeper context: we are only passing in time whereever we live. Maybe a bit too deep for this forum. The lighting, the context, the photos on the floor are a nice touch. Very nice.
“A great photograph is one that fully expresses what one feels, in the deepest sense, about what is being photographed, and is, thereby, a true manifestation of what one feels about life in its entirety...” - Ansel Adams
I'm unable to quess at any deeper meaning here. But I feel the chair is too prominent . I would prefer the apparition of Tuna to be seated on the floor beside his excellent photograph that we had the pleasure in critiqueing a while back.
It is difficult to critique this.

I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan
