Scape, as promised, here's another one of that location.

    All feedback appreciated.

    Re: Mountain View

btw, there seems to be a big circle around the person. seems to be a sloppy dodge and burn, but I didn't do that. I almost want to fix a problem that doesn't exist because I think this might seem as a heavy pp piece when it's not. .. I probably won't , it's just there's a nice big circle around the subject that's totally annoying me.

do u guys see the circle? what would you do?

I looked for it but can't see the halo you mentioned. Another breathtaking picture here Leels. Please please please take me with you next time. No complaint here, it's perfection. More!!!

    Re: Mountain View

I really like the shot.....esp. the road and the grassy terrain. I also like the photographer (or are those binoculars?) in the scene......though I can't help but wonder what the area looks like where they are shooting.

A couple of nits......the power lines and the clouds in the upper right being a bit hot.

Impressive scenery and nice capture. I'm not seeing the circle of light you mentioned. The only change I'd make would be to clone out the power pole above the photographer.

Looks like you may need to charter a jet to take along all of us that want to join you on your next trip!

If i'm seeing it right, I think you're talking about the light circle created by the cloud shadows that seems to be around the person. It took some looking to see that though. It looks good despite that, almost looks hdr.

    Re: Mountain View

I do see some blown highlights in the clouds and a few in the mountains. Is this an HDR? Could be corrected? Maybe?

    Re: Mountain View

An awesome sight. i love the road, the person and shadow of the person. I think i see the circle your reffering to and as danpic pointed out but to me it looks natural and not PS.
Blown highlights. . .a bit, but other than that its a fine shot.

    Re: Mountain View

First glad most here didn't see the circle i was talking about. A good relief.

    Thank you Scape.

    ccd, Yeah, they're binoculars. here:

The area looks like more of the jagged cliffs in clouds and against a blue sky on top of them. I hadn't noticed the power lines. Thank you.

Thanks Armando. glad u didn't see the circle. lol. I ain't telling!

Ken, thank you, glad u didn't see the light circle.

Dan, yeah you got it. I can get a little OCD when it comes to seeing little things like that while missing even bigger things like the pole / power lines.

Greg, yeah it's HDR but very light. I combined it with the original. I really kept the high lights/ blown bits in because otherwise, it would be very grey. even if I like the new HDR software I got, I still like the natural imprefections like a tiny blowout etc. so i decided to keep it in maybe wasn't such a good decision after all. i'll see if I can pull back on them without making the photo to neutral. thanks man.

Gary, thanks. glad u don't mind the circle either.
