    mountain shot. critique please.

    Hmmm - I cant decide wether or not i like this, theres something that draws me to it very strongly but theres also something that puts me really off, i cant place my finger on either one.....

    I think the sky is great. Only thing that I'm not so sure about is that I can't see the bottom of the trees in the foreground....

    I find the mountains just don't pop out enough. Not sure why. I like the left half of the shot a little better. Trees look a little too cut off (agree with Parkes). But, I can part of a road in the lower corner (doesn't hurt the photo IMO) which may show too much if you changed the crop.

    On a good note, I like the clouds and blue sky peaking through. Very nice.

    What a beautiful place to photograph. I think you have too much blue in this image. I would experiment doing some color correction. The forground trees are a bit distracting too.

    uintah/wasatch mountains, right near kings peak, northern utah.

    too much blue huh.... hmmmm... i'll have to try that out, thank you!
