    yes, I'd say so. It looks like the drivers of both of these motorcycles are not going very fast, which accounts for the clarity of the background.

    I'd like to clarify by saying that the shot of the man in red is clearer and it looks like you've honed in on him nicely. The man without a shirt on is a bit blurry, which tells me that you probably moved the camera slightly faster or slower than he was riding.
