Looks good, the exposure process. I can see the distant hills/mountains in the bg, and the sand , sky looks well. The only thing I have problem with is your placement of the horizon. It cuts the picture right in half.

I agree with the others. The wide-format cropping was a smart move however. It's a minimalist type of shot, but offers just enough. The waves on the left make it interesting, and the depth on the right is nice. If anything, I would have slide up the composition to include more of the sky and less of the beach (this would also have taken care of the split), but that's a hindsight thing.

This is a lovely image. The centering of the horizon doesn't bother me because of the expanse covered in the frame. The mountains and water actually give me a gand between the sand and sky that I find so appealing. The only bad thing is that this shot makes me want a pina colada in the worst way!

As all have said cut about an inch of the sand and its a much better composition

The surf in the distance is so clean. I think the houses on the right could do with a little levels adjustment just to let us see them better as they are a very important part of the composition.

much improved and is up to version 4.

I wish it was posable but the dynamic range is not there, It was a very sunny morning and the shadows were very dark. I will repost the image later.

Here it is cropped and restiched. It took me a little time to find the two photos, I had to finally go to the paper catalog before I could find them

I really like your new crop (though it takes a bit too much from the sand). It's very nice as is though.

The first post is uncropped. It was sticked with the Smoky City Design: The Panorama Factory V2

Thats a very pretty scene well captured.

The second cropped was stiched with version 4m32 the lastest version in full automatic mode. Just import the images and say go: and you end up with a uncroped panorama. But you can always go back and recrop and manually set the stich exclude(s). With the new version you can even save the output as Photo Shop file. The nice thing its not a $$$ three digit program, its under a hundred dollars.

I've tried to stich using photo shop. I've only been able to stich one and only one panorama, that panorama was taken with a tripod, a really cheap tripod at that.
