I like the way this shot is framed and set up. Makes you wonder what they are looking at. The focus is nice and sharp, and the colors on the snow suit are good. A little fiddling with DOF to drop the background out of focus is about all this shot needs. It can be difficult on a bright sunny day, especially with all the snow reflecting the light, but that's what ND filters are for.

Lovely subjects, I would be tempted to crop to just above the top of the pretty lady's head -- the brightness of the sun distracts (to me) from the beauty of the picture of the lady and the dog.
