Cute picture! I like the sepia better, I think it goes better with what he is wearing.

Very nice. The sepia gives the image that old time look and with the bib overalls I think that's the way to go.
Don't forget about the Gallery. Are your photos there??

Just an idea what about putting some of the blue back into the sepia version (but probably less saturated) and doing a vignette so the hot spot in the sky isn't so distracting? just my two cents worth, but I love the photo!

I don't think the washed out sky is as distracting with the sepia but I like them both.
Love the angle and tracks disappearing into infinity.

I have to agree, the sepia is definitely good here and a vignette would help that bright spot.

I like the sepia best, I too wonder how it would look with some selective coloring added in there. The blue bibs pop so much in the first. Maybe it is the contrast between the skin and the bibs that I don't like so much in the 1st one.

Re: more portraits.... color or sepia?

thank you all for the comments... i am also leaning toward the sepia too.. i like the color in the first but i think the sepia fits better for the "look" of the photo.. i tried to fix the bright spot but everything i did just didn't look right... i'll keep trying.....
I'll also try to add some color in the bibs.. that might look cool...
    again.. thanks for the c&c
