    more exercises in narcissism with the lb

    It's not like I'm going to really do anything with these, but I'm curious which treatment you guys feels "works"

    I like the color much better. I like how his/your? face is the only thing completely in focus, gives the pic motion and really draws you in. What is that radial blur? Really well done! The first one just looks kinda jaundiced heh, but the colored one gives it character imo.

    #1 for me

    sharp and well defined I know it is not the idea with a lb but that's what i fell even when only a portion is really in focus, i guess it's due to the contrast

    Thanks scape. These were done with a lensbaby, which is a lens that allows for "bending" and selective focus. The effect can be replicated with radial or a light motion blur though, so good eye on that.

    Hehe no prob. I'm in dire need of new lenses, have to check out that lensbaby I've been hearing alot about it.

    love the tones in the colour one. very good treatment also. I wish it was a tad less exposed though.
