What a great shot. I'm so jealous. The only thing that bothers me (and I'm ADD and easily distracted to please bear with me, it may not bother any one else) is those lighter bits at the bottom. When I cover them up so there's not so much of that at the bottom (like maybe an inch) I seem to like it even better. But that's just me. It's still a great shot, IMO.
You know, that was the only thing that I saw that could make it a little better too. What a beautiful shot. I love Seattle, I was just there a couple weeks ago(I live on the other side of the state) we are hoping someday that we will be living up there. We just love it and you did an absolutely great job capturing the city.
You should put this in the Photo Project forum, they are doing night Shots and this one is great.
I had to post on this one...I've seen so, so many of these photos and this is a really nice capture...the composition is really what does it for me.
I like the crop suggestion because something needs to be done about the lights on the bottom - they do distract from the overall photo.
I would black them out (most anyway) to try and keep the great balance and composition you have. I know how I would do it in a darkroom and could only assume that in PS it would be much simpler.
Nice job.
Cheers.
I'm always mentally photographing everything as practice.
