    moody flowers no.3

A slight variation on no.1 .... Different flowers will come when the opportunity to shoot some more arise.

    Re: moody flowers no.3

This is a good photo...and had I seen this without the others to compare it to I would probably like it more. However, my initial reaction was that it is a bit too crowded. Going back and comparing it to the 1st photo I still get that feeling. It is very similar to the 1st, but that one seems to have just enough room...it works even tho the flowers are cut off.
So, I guess I prefer the 1st over this one.
I'm not sure if you thinking about including this in the series? Even tho it is a good photo and brings about the same emotions, it is way too similar to the first...however, I don't have that opinion of the 2nd shot...I think the 1st & 2nd would look great side by side.

Can't wait to see the next round of subjects. Again great job on these.
    Cheers.

I haven't seen the others. I like this alot. I'm sure someone would pay to have this framed and hung in their home. So desaturated and muted but yet there is life in the photo. Well done.

Tao: Thanks for sharing you thoughts. Honnestly, I am not sure that I would include both no.1 and no.3 in a final series since they are so alike. I was mostly curious to see people reactions to this one as I can't make up my mind betwen those two....

Manacsa: Thanks a lot. Your comment is most encouraging!
