    moody

    Haven't been on here in a while... haven't really been shooting much either (School ect.), but i took this one on the way home today and liked its abstractness so.... any comments appriciated

    With a photo like this, one could make all sorts of technical criticisms that would do you no good. The real appeal is as you said, the abstractness of the photo. But I keep looking at it and I see a face in there . The power line is the eyebrow, and the moon (or is it sun? ) is the eye. It is like one of those half face portraits. A very good abstract. I like it a lot. Good work.

    I like this shot a lot. The composition is very nicely done and I actually like how dark the picture is (of course I like lots of negative space). The only thing that bugs me is the sun (moon) spot that is in the right of the picture. My eyes keep going to it.
    Nicely done abstract...
    Is it still a abstract if I know what it is? ;)

    thanks for the replies... I was considering photoshoping the spot out, but i decided not to just because it felt a bit like cheating on a shot like this, I may have to give it a try though
