A Misty Creek in Pisgah, NC.

I took these two on Avery Creek in Pisgah, NC when we were doing some biking last week. I like them because I don't shoot too much other than riding. Tell me what you think.

    Hey ThoughtfulPirate
Good stuff. I like the long exposure shot of the creek bottom shot. Great feel. I would suggest cropping off the ver top of the frame where the edge of the water is. The stuff on the edge of the water is creating a distraction. Just crop off the top inch of this shot and let the sole focus be on the water running down.
The other shot , top one, is good. I was at first feeling as if there were too much green and trees and not enough creek, but after looking at it some more i think I like it as it is. Nicely done.

    Hey ThoughtfulPirate,

To be honnest, I am not convinced about the first one. I cannot quite put my finger on what is wrong with it (possibly the point of view/angle) but I don't feel this picture. Perhaps I am way out but I think that it might worth to crop the top of the frame to get rid of the few branchs that show up and then crop at the right to preserve a normal ratio.

The second one however is truly great. I might crop the very top as Gary already suggested but other than that this is an absolute keeper as far as I am concerned.

    regards

    Seb
