There's some nice color though I think it is too dark.
Composiitionally, I'd like to see the piling a bit more toward center.
Your watermark immediatly draws the eye and looks like a piece of trash in the water.

Yeah, I noticed the watermark too. Thought it was some kind of floating debris. I like the color here, and those look like some mean storm clouds rolling in. As far as this being too dark, I don't know. I kind of like it as it is. The piling would work where it is, or like Frog said, nearer to center--a coin toss.
