    Melting snow from a roof

    I was just walking into my aprtment from the parking lot and I noticed the water dripping from the roof that was cover from the previous snow storm. I figured id get a shot of it the best I could..

    Ain't it fun to play around? A tad faster shutter speed would be interesting, but this conveys falling water pretty well.

    I only have Kodak CX7430 Point&Shoot camera ... can I achieve the same effect ... ?

    Interesting to see melting water frozen.

    Motasemayyad, if your camera has manual controls or at least shutter/aperture priority modes, you can probably do it.
    His shot was taken at 1/500th.. You would need to be able to get that fast of a shutter speed or faster.
