    Re: Math Teacher

Ha.. Like the way you combined the three images. Did you tell her corny math jokes, like how does a cow do math (with a COWculator, of course) ?

They look OK. She's having fun. You could probably blend the second and third image better so one doesn't see (what appears to be) the line between them. Side lighting is a little dicey though, can really create moody images (which is OK, ... depending). I sort of want to see more of the right side of her face.

Next time crank the fan up HIGH when she's not expecting it and fire away

    Re: Math Teacher

The middle one kind of looks like a maternity shot, but the others help with that. I think the seam between #2-#3 could be cloned out more. Other then that...let's hope her students aren't on this forum!

I really love those black and white ones, esp the 2nd and 3rd images. Very nice example of when B&W brings out the best in a photo, and your density seems to be perfect. Good thing she doesn't teach at a HS, ... (errr, I won't go there).

Where was the teacher while I was in school??? I agree with n8. The way the wind is blowing her dress makes her look bigger than she is. Same with #3 and #4 in the photo with the same dress. Love the rest of the shots though!! Really makes you wonder what you teachers were like out of school.

Agreed, the BW series are my favorite. Nice work!

Except that last pose I really dislike, sorry, but it looks totally unnatural and the expression looks almost bewildered.

They look great. I agree. the Black and White ones are done the best. I just think that in the first one's the wind makes her look pregnant or just a bit bigger. They still look really good but the b&w ones seem more flattering to her.

    Wowza.

    - "Mr. Murphy, would you like to come up and work out this problem on the board?"

    - "Um... no thanks. I'll take the zero."

Great lighting and post processing. You've got that **** down. Prefer the last two installments for the poses. I do like the shadows in the first - a lot, actually; best lighting of the lot. I wish the second set of the pink dress had the same differential. The one with the blue dress is technically great, but she's not completely selling the pose.

These are generally all nitpicks, btw. Overall, I'll blown away.

p.s. Change that "beginner" b.s. in your profile. Highly inaccurate.

thanks.. I shoot at home in my garage... so I use one of those cheap EBAY background supports , alien bees lights, and PW for triggering.
I experienced bringing in a friend to assist.... bad idea. He's a friend but he became to involved in my shoot. He was suggesting lighting setups (as if he knows what he is talking about) and was distracting the model. Made me look bad in front of the MUA and model. I don't like working with a lot of people around... distracts me. When I shoot... I don't really think about how good and sexy the model is... I focus on the shots more. After the shoot though when I start editing it, I start admiring. lol

Precisely why I don't like having to use assistants. One of several reasons, anyway.

    Re: Math Teacher

Yeah they are all quite good, but the b&w ones are particularly good.
