Well you can certainly tell it was shot in the noontime sun. The harsh(in a good way) contrast of the Masthead really pops out at me, and the fact that it's in front of a greyish sky makes it pop out even more. The piece at the bottom(the cement slab) is important to the composition and I'm glad you included it in it. Holds the photo together well, indeed. Great tones too for what seems to be a digital picture?
