I like how you got the sharp focus on the man with the rest of the people blurred.
And even though they are out of focus, their diversity in pose and action keep my eyes studying one after the other.
The only tiny nit-pick is I wish there were a little space between the sitting girl's fanny and the man's sleeve. That's a very very small nit-pick.

I'm going to nitpick the girl in black on the left, the back side of her body is cut out of frame. Also the guys hand is cut off.

It might be the film image grain but the man on the right looks slightly soft. I'm also not sure thats a bad thing. Is this 400 or 800 film?

Little bits cut off for sure but that is often what comes with street photography.
But the distress that's registered on the man's (who obviously left his home prepared for poor weather) face does not allow the little cut offs to catch my eye too much. He sets the mind rolling.
The esay going lady with the ice cream offers us a complete contrast to the main subject. The other bit players are ok too but the picture would also be very interesting without them.

I have a total lack of respect for anything connected with society, except that which makes the roads safer, the beer stronger, the food cheaper, and the old men and old women warmer in the winter and happier in the summer. Brendan Behan

Well I like the crop and also the DOF it is very nice. Was this with the 35mm and what was your f/stop? Wide open? I agree with Tom that sometimes things get cut off of the frame doing street work. With a little thought you might be able to add some room on the left with a PS trick or two. But a fine image as is. What makes it for me is the DOF.

love it. It's great as it is. I love shallow DOF. Everything seems so out-of-place that they work perfectly juxtaposed next to each other.

The "life" contrast, carefree youth vs. hardened old-th, is further emphasized by the "photography" contrasts. Good stuff.
